How will orders from different Sellers be delivered?

Can I ship one general delivery for orders from multiple sellers?
No, each Seller carries out the delivery independently.

What notifications will I receive?

How to find and buy products in the HOTEL STORE
You can find the product you are interested in in the search bar, through the section menu, by keywords. You can add the products you are interested in to your favorites to pay for it later. If you are ready to make a  purchase - put the product in the basket and click place an order. Next, enter your contact information and information about your location for delivery. Please note that you prepay shipping directly to the Seller. Then click Pay for the order, and you will be redirected to the payment page of the online payment acceptance service. After successful payment, you will be returned to the basket, where the status of the order will be marked - and you will receive an email confirming letter as the fact of payment and a sales receipt.

What are the products
On the HOTEL STORE marketplace available  both physical products with delivery and services. For services that are sold with electronic delivery  you will immediately receive e-mail access to the paid product or the Seller will contact you and provide the necessary information on the order.

What notifications will I receive, checks
Immediately after paying for the order, you will receive a letter from HOTEL STORE, which will indicate the order number, your products and the Seller's contacts. You will also receive a letter with a sales receipt.

What are the types of delivery, terms
Delivery is carried out by the Seller, he determines at what price he is ready to deliver the goods. Delivery time should not exceed 55 minutes. 

RETURN, GUARANTEE, HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER 

If you are not satisfied with the order
You need to contact the Seller with a request to make a refund for the order. The Seller can return the funds the next day from the purchase, then we process the request and the money goes to you on the card from which the payment was made. It can take up to 30 days for the funds to be credited to the card depending on the bank that issued the card. The return of the goods to the Seller is carried out according to the instructions provided by the Seller.

Item not delivered
If the goods were not delivered due to the fault of the Seller, we will make a refund for it, the satisfaction of the buyer is our main goal. To do this, write us a request describing all attempts to contact the Seller and resolve the issue.

The product is not the same, I am not satisfied with the quality of the product
We will ask you to correspond with the Seller and then provide all the data to us, including a description of the purchase made, we will try to resolve all issues with him to help you.
